Recently, dovo straight razors have been making a comeback. Men are getting fed up with safety razors and electric blades, and with good reason. They’re realizing that a good, close, comfortable shave is worth the couple extra minutes it takes to use a straight razor.

Electric razors have their place but there is nothing like a close shave by a real razor. A shaving set gives you all the tools you need to do this. Straight razors are also more comfortable than electrics or safety razors. Nothing compares to the warm thick lather of a traditional wet shave. Electric razors cause irritating razor burn, and safety razors frequently have three or four blades in them, causing three or four times the necessary irritation.
