When you see your makeup partly dissolved, you cannot immediately re-apply some foundation to your face. You first need to replenish some moisture and remove the dissolved makeup. You should also pay attention to areas like around the mouth and hairline. One tip for re-applying powder is to gently re-apply more often instead of re-applying a thick layer.
